After three decades in the field, I have come to understand that achieving greatness requires just one thing as foundation: connection.
I’m a deeply spiritual person
I’m a deeply spiritual person by nature, so for me connection starts beyond my physical form.
The relationship that I have developed with the Divine serves as the base for all else. It allows me to be more in touch with my own physical body, it enhances my connection with others, and it allows me access to an intuition that drives everything.
I realize that religion isn’t for everyone, and in all honesty, a lot of atrocities have been committed in the name of religion. Spirituality, on the other hand, is quite personal and cannot be judged, criticized or guided by anyone else. It is an opportunity to touch into a power far greater than the human drive and eliminate limitation.
By guiding my clients through the process of deepening their relationship with self, Source and others, and by uncovering limiting beliefs, unhealthy habits, detrimental relationships and counterproductive circumstances, they can respect their choices, then let go of all that stands in their way. With gratitude for all of the stages of their journey, we build a healthy new foundation from which they can successfully launch. The development of presence and fearlessness enables my clients to become capable of truly playing their edge so that they can experience life at its most brilliant.

When we share our core selves with others, our presence and behavior are guided by our foundational values.
The clearer we are about who we are, the easier it is to connect with others. As our connections with ourselves and others (and hopefully with the Divine) deepen, the easier it is for us to live authentically. Our values become representations of that authenticity.
